Program Model

Our High School Program Progression

To build the capacity of universities year by year, we employ a collaborative model that gradually transitions responsibilities, service delivery, and resources from TSA to the university and its staff/students.

Our Guiding Principles:

  • Engage with all levels of the university in order to:
    • Build staff capacity through a Train the Trainer approach o Develop student leaders and cultivate Scholarship Ambassadors
    • Enable and empower students through direct service
  • Create an ecosystem that encourages a culture of scholarship, civic engagement, and career readiness
  • Partner with schools and equip them with the tools, curriculum, technology, trained staff, and capacity to implement services independently over the long run
